最近的生活就是一直在忙忙忙，在忙碌中我迷失了。。
有很多的功课，活动一直轰炸着我，让我感到很疲劳，也很无力，很多事要完成却因某某原因不能去完成。。。感觉很沮丧。。。
我想好好的在上帝面前休息，我要寻求祂的帮助，用祂的话语来鼓励我。。。！！
我不是一人孤军作战，“耶和华是我牧者，我必不至缺乏 ”
我必从新得力！！加油！！！把魔鬼的谎言赶走赶走~~

I also very busy till no time to rest.. Don't have to say got time to silent in front of God.. I know a Hebrew word "Selah" that's means silent in front of God.. Didn't same like 灵修.. Is just a time you didn't do anything, close your handphone, and all things that can distract you.. Then you just lay upon God and pray in silent..
This is one of the good way to build relationship with God.. And can also refresh your mind, body, and soul.. I also need to do it.. So, how about do it together?^^
AGREE wif u ....n i really needed to get close wif GOD,surrender everythings to Him n to refresh my mind~~
